- It is with pleasure that I am able to testify as to the ability of Power Realty as Real Estate Agents throughout the Metropolitan area.
I first had the privilege of dealing with Goran and Valentino and the Team at Power Realty since 2002 after my Father recommended we give them a go to see if they could sell some of our properties. This was after another agent failed to sell the units over a 3 month period.
Once our listing agreement with our previous Sales Agents had expired I made an appointment to meet with Goran and Valentino to list 2 properties with them. Within less than 2 weeks we had an offer on the first property and shortly after that we had sold the remaining unit.
Goran and Valentino had pre-qualified the purchasers and within 7 weeks from the offers coming in both of the properties had settled which was simply amazing given the state of the Real Estate Market at the time.
More recently we listed 23 units for sale in the Aveley area and required pre- sales for 6 of the units as required by the banks prior to the funding for construction being released. Given the fact that the listings commenced early in 2009 in the midst of the Global Financial Crisis I felt this was a difficult task however Goran, Valentino and the Team banded together and achieved our required 6 pre-sales within 6 weeks so as to not cause delay in construction.
After construction commenced in March 2009 the offers kept coming in at a rapid pace and all 23 of the units were sold before the end of 2009.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Goran, Valentino and the team at Power Realty as Honest, Diligent, Hardworking people who are in my opinion some of the best agents in the Real Estate Industry.
Their attention to detail and ability in correctly marketing properties is quite astounding, and I can confirm that it is very rare that you find an agency that possesses so many of these qualities in the Real Estate Industry.
